Our journey to bring Pocha to Spokane is deeply personal. With extensive experience in the restaurant industry, my wife and I spent over two years living in Korea, immersing ourselves in its vibrant food culture. We explored countless Pocha-style restaurants, studied their unique flavors, and refined our recipes to ensure authenticity and quality. During our time there, my wife attended a traditional Korean culinary school, further deepening our commitment to delivering a truly genuine and immersive Korean dining experience.
